Bridging the gap between sports injury research and real-world application.

I'm an Strength & Conditioning Coach with experience working across multiple sports, currently studying physiotherapy at La Trobe University. My focus is developing evidence-based return-to-play protocols that actually work.

Current Research: Investigating hamstring RTP protocols for semi-professional soccer, working with elite professionals to understand the gap between academic theory and club-level practice.

Background: Previously Head of Performance at Moreland City FC, with experience at professional clubs including Exeter City FC and Gloucestershire Cricket Academy. I've worked with everyone from junior academies to semi-professional teams.

What drives my work: Too many players return from injury only to get re-injured. Current protocols often focus on medical clearance rather than match readiness. I'm researching what actually works to get players game-ready, not just healed.

My approach: Test everything. Measure results. Build practical frameworks that other professionals can confidently use.
