As Head of Performance at Moreland City FC, I help soccer players get fitter, faster, and stronger while keeping them injury-free. When injuries occur, I work alongside physiotherapists to create return-to-play programs.
I'm also an S&C coach working with individual athletes, teams, and clubs through Athletic Performance Matters. I focus on soccer players but also work with athletes from any and all sports wanting to elevate their game.
My approach: research what your sport demands, then build a training program targeting those specific requirements. No cookie-cutter solutions. I prioritise injury prevention because staying on the field beats recovering from the sidelines.
What sets me apart is my dual S&C background plus current physiotherapy studies at La Trobe University. This combination creates more effective training programs through deeper understanding of body movement and performance.
I work with athletes wanting personalised attention and teams and clubs needing practical, budget-friendly solutions. My goal: optimise your performance and maximise your availability.
